Great Ways To Make Money & Save Big On Amazon

While doing research for a blog post about student discounts (check it out here), I quickly realized that one of the best discounts available for college students is offered by Amazon.  The Amazon Prime membership is only $49/year for students, which is more than half off of the regular Prime membership price.  Not only that, but instead of the usual 30-day trial period, students receive a 6-month trial period, which can be cancelled anytime, before being charged the $49 membership fee.

As I was reading about all of the benefits of their Amazon Prime membership for students, I began wondering what other wonderful things Amazon had to offer that I didn't know about.  I went straight to the source at Amazon.com to begin my quest, and I must say it was hard not to be side-tracked by the urge to shop for new sandals.  Once I refocused on the goal, it was just as I suspected...there is a lot more to Amazon than the millions of products they sell everyday.

I am really excited to learn about all of the great things that Amazon has to offer.  I was also pleasantly surprised to learn how well Amazon treats their employees.  Did you know that they will prepay up to 95% of an employee's tuition for courses related to in-demand fields?  They also offer some employees $5,000 at the end of each year to quit...they believe in keeping employees happy and encourage them to follow their dreams.
