If You Drink Red Bull, You're Probably Eligible For This Class-Action Lawsuit!

That's right!  If you made at least one purchase of Red Bull Products in the United States between Jan. 1, 2002 and Oct. 3, 2014, you qualify to part of a class action lawsuit which entitles you to a reimbursement of $10 cash, or $15 in Red Bull products.

The Curvy Ginger takes pride in offering readers legitimate ways to put cash in your pocket, and this is no exception.  I found this website, www.topclassactions.com about a year ago, and it is definitely one of my favorites.

Just for the record, I am not receiving payment of any kind for writing this article.  Although I am working hard to monetize my website & blog, I was inspired to share this after checking the mail and finding a check for $30.58.  It was from the Gay vs. Tom's of Maine Settlement fund, for a claim I submitted through Top Class Actions, as part of a class action lawsuit related to their advertising methods.

That is the second check I have received in the last week, as a result of claims I filed directly on their website!  Less than a week ago, I received a check for $34 from Michael Kors Outlet, which was my share of the proceeds from another class action lawsuit, thanks to Top Class Actions!

As consumers, joining a class action lawsuit shows these businesses that we are paying attention, and will not tolerate being misled.Without this website, I would have never known about my eligibility for these lawsuits, and I would have missed out on this opportunity to collect my free money!  My bank account has an extra $64.58 in it this week for roughly 5 minutes of my time spent filling out the simple online claim forms.

Topclassactions.com is the leading source of class action lawsuit news in the world.  Their website offers information on current investigations and active class action lawsuits, like the Red Bull lawsuit, mentioned above.

Don't drink Red Bull?  That's okay...you can still qualify for free money!  There are dozens of active class action lawsuits that you may be eligible for, including Marlboro Lights, NFL Apparel, Adderal, Citizen's Bank, Terminex, Home Depot, Greyhound, even Kohl's (I LOVE Kohl's!)....the list goes on & on.

Did I mention how easy it is to get your free money??  It's easy to submit a claim online, directly from their website!  Most claim forms require only your contact information (so they know where to send the check), a brief questionnaire to confirm your eligibility for proceeds, and a checkmark, attesting to the information provided. The majority of these lawsuits require NO PROOF OF PURCHASE!!  So, if you lost your Speedway receipt for a can of Red Bull that you bought in 2004, no worries, you can still click here to visit Top Class Actions and collect your free money!

Even though I am excited about this website because of the extra cash that ends up in my bank account, Top Class Actions is also doing a public service, and I think that should be recognized.  Some people have serious adverse physical reactions to medications or products due to the negligence of the manufacturer.  Top Class Actions makes it easy to start a class action lawsuit as well.

I hope that you found this article informative, and most of all helpful.  Don't forget to visit my website at www.CurvyGinger.com, and my Facebook page, The Curvy Ginger.  I would love your feedback about which lawsuits you were eligible for!

As always, please Spread The Love!
